Society must provide the basic needs for sustainable materials for furniture, paper, packaging, building materials, biofuels, and other products for sustaining a rapidly growing population. At the same time, protection of the environment requires proper use of natural resources. Students in this program are prepared for the challenges of an ever-changing bioenergy, renewable materials and sustainable construction industry career.
